Founded by Mr. Gopi Chand Sharma, GD Engineers began with a vision to provide custom machined components to the automotive industry with uncompromising quality.

With over 35 years of personal experience in the Machine Tool division, Mr. Sharma established a culture of precision. What started as a humble workshop has grown into a fully equipped manufacturing unit, driven by a reputation for quality work, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Do you handle low-volume prototypes?

Yes. While we specialize in high-volume production, our Manual Machining department is dedicated to prototyping and low-volume batch production to help you validate designs before mass manufacturing.

What file formats do you accept for quoting?

We work with most industry-standard CAD formats. The preferred formats are .STEP, .IGES, .X_T (Parasolid), and .DWG for 2D drawings. PDF drawings with tolerance specifications are also recommended.

What is your standard lead time?

Standard lead time is typically 2-4 weeks depending on material availability and complexity. For urgent requirements, we offer an expedited "Fast-Track" service subject to machine availability.

Do you provide material certifications?

Absolutely. All our shipments are accompanied by a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and a Dimensional Inspection Report. We adhere to strict ISO 9001:2015 traceability standards.
